With every sport there are opportunities for athletes to showcase their own strength and agility and make an impact on the game when the ball is not in their hands. At this camp, our mission is to help all who attend develop their skills pertaining to strength, agility, acceleration, and reaction time. This camp is NOT centered around one specific sport but rather the 10 basic sport specific physical skills, Coordination, Flexibility, Agility, Balance, Cardiovascular Endurance, Stamina, Speed, Accuracy, Power and Strength and the fundamentals and skills needed to excel in all sports.
